As a travel consultant specializing in luxury getaways, I often look for family-friendly places, and while this hotel had some advantages, it also came with its quirks. The children's playground was a huge hit with my little ones, keeping them occupied while my husband and I enjoyed some downtime by the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was well-maintained and ideal for spending hot afternoons. Plus, we appreciated the spacious terrace in front of our bungalow, perfect for evening gatherings. We faced some communication hurdles, as the entertainment team's grasp of English was limited, and most activities were in Italian. That said, we found the staff, particularly Francesca at reception, to be welcoming and helpful. The location was also convenient for exploring both Peschici and Vieste, which added a nice touch to our stay. For animal lovers, the dog facilities were impressive with a dedicated swimming pool and a training area. While we didn't bring our dog, it was comforting to see such considerate amenities. It was a decent family vacation, though we wished for clearer communication and better pricing consistency at the bar.
